Job Description

EXCELLENT FRENCH AND ENGLISH REQUIRED

MUST HAVE FAST AND RELIABLE CONNECTION AND ABLE TO CONNECT TO SOFTPHONE VIA BROWSER..

Must work an 9 hour shift during the GMT+1 business hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm Paris Time Monday through Friday. If you cannot work these specific French business hours, please do not apply.


The candidate must have proven customer support experience working with French or English speaking customers as well as:

- OUTSTANDING French and English skills, written and spoken
- Solve customer problems via telephone,email and chat support
- Provide demonstrations and training to our clients
- Experience with technical support

- Account management.

REQUIRED:

- Working days: Mon-Fri, 9 hours per day;
- Flawless French/English speaking and writing skills;
- An absolute QUIET work environment with no distraction or strong background noises;
- Ability to adapt to any phone call;
- A hi-speed and stable internet connection;
- A great work attitude is a must;
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and helpful;
- Great social skills (friendly, outgoing);
- Willingness and ability to work independently;
- A drive to complete multi-step tasks at a fast pace;
- Strict attention to detail is a must;
- Has the aptitude of learning new skills.
- Knowledge of email best practices
- Knowledge of HTML programming as it relates to email marketing


No appointments setting will be required.

Specific tasks:
1) Acquire basic knowledge about the product
2) inbound support phone calls and email from customers.
3) Through client communication collect essential data to understand problem or/and using Goto Meeting provide immediate assistance or gather understanding of project
4) Accurately enter data and information into a our support system
5) Follow up on problem resolution with engineers
6) Document problem resolution into our knowledge base system
7) Create daily report of calls/problem description/reasons/gravity/priorities/time to resolutionm/Documentation status
