Virtual Assistant / Data Entry (Copy-Paste) Specialist Needed

Job Description

Looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented, results-oriented, fast-paced data entry professional to help transfer data from one online database to a newer version. This person must be able to deliver results on-time and within budget. This will require typing, and copy-pasting. Must be fluent in English and have comprehensive ability to determine where information should be placed, in cases where original category titles in original database do not directly translate over to newer database.

Expected work-rate is minimum 200-300 data pages per day. Each page takes approximately 45 seconds to fill out and enter (once you understand the database). Database is extremely user-friendly, so please do not let this intimidate you. Short database training will be provided.

In your cover letter, please highlight:
Any and all experience you have with data-entry and/or working with online database systems.
*ANY* and all familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as resumate, bullhorn, PCRecruiter, workable, evolve. Familiarity with any of these systems is not a requirement, but is STRONGLY preferred.
If applicable, please also highlight any experience or understanding you have of general medical terminology/medical specialties.
Examples: What is Neurology? What is Cardiology? Can you generally answer these questions? If not, that is okay. We are not looking for medical experts here. This is *not* a requirement, but is **strongly preferred**, as it will make the job easier.
