Job Description

Project Overview -
To develop a fully functional prototype Geo-Based App that will be providing valuable information to the general public. Designs for this App will be provided to the developer. Development Servers will be made available to the developer.

The Objective -
The goal is to have the freelancer (developer) develop a fully operational prototype with static data for presentation to investors.

Key Skills Needed -
The freelancer will need to be versed in iOS (iPhone/iPad) development. He/She needs to be able to provide detailed outline to accomplish the work while going through the selection process. He/She needs to be able to make the prototype available to download from the client's server for testing and demonstrations. We design our Apps utilizing Adobe Photoshop (CS5). The freelance will need to possess experience in CS5 or greater.

The Benefit of This Project -
The selected freelancer will most likely be retained moving forward with taking the App to market and with an increased role in the project.

A successful project will be to provide a robust App for demo and concept testing.

A Quick Synapsis of the Project -
A Geo-Based App that will provide emergency information, crime information, etc.., all things that are happening based on the current location of the mobile device. All of that information and more will be Geo-Based.

The App will have another aspect/module that will be for the use of public officials to see all information from the general users which will provide the capability to do predictive modeling based on the information collected. The public officials will have the capability to share valuable information with the general public based on their Geo-location relationship. information will be shared both ways.
