Looking for a customer service specialist to handle email, chat, and phone support for our site

The job requires the person in charge to answer all incoming customer support emails, be on IM to interact with any customers that use the chat widget on site, and answer phone queries for our premium customers.

The right person for the job would be someone who cares about people and is willing to do whatever it takes to help them. This person should also have the insight to see patterns in customer service requests and be able to suggest software improvements to the technical team that would eliminate those requests.

Needless to say, this person should have excellent written communication skills.
