Job Description

Full or Part Time position available as an administrative assistant. Position is currently for 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Answer phones and return phone calls
Manage social media accounts; Facebook & Pinterest
Prepare online quotes for sales staff to follow up on as needed
Assist clients directly as needed
Directly assist the manager as needed
Keep track of appointments & calendar for office manager
Meet with clients for special events as needed at docks, etc.
Filing both digital and hard copies of documents
Create weekly blogs for website
Maintain professional attire and a clean business environment
Professional work ethic

Requirements:
Internet Savvy
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Gmail
Photoshop knowledge is a plus
Friendly, confident & outgoing
Excellent reading & writing skills
Must have a car and license as we sometimes meet with clients
Must be available for either full time or part time work.

Requirements:
? 1+2 years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting all levels of staff
? Bachelor's Degree preferred
? Great attention to detail with superior gatekeeping skills
? Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic spirit
? Outgoing and personable character.
? Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
