Job Description

Looking for experienced phone support / chat support / order processing professionals to help launch a New York based online furniture store
Applicants must have
- reliable, high speed internet connection..
- available to work US time (8-6 Eastern Standard time). minimum 2 days a week, ideally more.
- experience handling calls from customers
- initiative to do what it takes to address customer questions, such as calling suppliers or shipping companies to answer questions customers may have
- excellent verbal and written english

There will be a test period, potentially followed by full time employment. Please refrain from quoting per hour rates that are above your rates that you have recently charged other clients. Doing so will decrease the likelihood that an interview will be scheduled at all.
