Internal Customer Care and Technical Support for our large client
We run our site http://www.FreeUnlocks.com which is the 4th largest retail mobile phone unlocking website online. We resell network unlock codes for mobile phones, so that the phone can be used with any provider worldwide. It gets 13,000 unique views a day on average.
That said, we require an excellent phone support/customer care specialist for a contract we have with one of the largest telco companies in Canada, to supply unlock codes to their customers in their 180+ retail stores. The phone support will be a corporate line, i.e. to support the retail stores' staff if they need assistance with the unlocking process or using the system.
The Job will entail the following:
1. Manually processing unlock codes using the intuitive backend system if the stores are having trouble. Note, no software is required.
2. Helping the retail staff locate unlock code entry instructions for the device. A training will be provided.
3. Basic Troubleshooting.
4. Order Processing
Other requirements/qualification includes:
- Minimum score of 5 on English Vocabulary Skills Test and Customer Services Test
- Reliable Personal Computer and Headset
- Reliable, High Speed Internet
- 2 year experience in Customer Experience, Technical Support.
- Tech Savvy or has an experience with mobile phone troubleshooting
- Willing to be trained for our revised unlocking FAQs/ Basic mobile troubleshooting
- Fun to work with and fast learner
