We are currently looking for a virtual assistant who's primary concentration will be mostly customer service for a property managment company in New York. Position will also include liasioning with auditors, communicating with vendors and clients. Speaking on the phone is a must so a fast internet connection is helpful, we will supply the phone number and telephony software. Familarity or experience with buildium and ringcentral is a plus. We expect to find someone that can eventually work 40 hours a week for us, full time.
