Data Entry Clerk

Data Entry Aide Responsibilities

The Data Entry Aide is responsible for various administrative tasks including but not limited to the following:

Receiving, reviewing, and organizing data based on content
Reviewing and updating profiles on company databases
Maintaining accurate paper filing systems
Maintaining orderly office environment
Providing support to regional Operations and Program staff as needed
Finance and Administration (AP, AR, and budgeting)
Facilitating distribution and collection of required documents and reports for both office projects and program sites
Collecting and completing the official forms required for invoicing and payroll
Additionally, the person in this role must adhere to strict standards for record-keeping, as we deal with highly sensitive information.

Position type: Full time/Part-time seasonal(up to 40 hours/ week)
