What we want:
Looking for an awesome data-entry professional to help with continuous and detailed updates and entries to our website. In addition to data-entry, web research will be a big component. Complete and accurate information is a must.
What the role involves:
We are looking for a long-term hire, which will be paid hourly. This role reports to the Marketing Communications Manager and will work closely with our entire internal team. We expect this position to begin with a 3-6 month commitment and be part-time with roughly 10-15 hours/week.
What you must have:
You must be an Excel master, web-savvy, fluent in English, have positive feedback/recommendations, and have over 100 hours of work completed. Commercial real estate (CRE) industry knowledge and language a BIG plus!
Must be able to work intuitively and independently - we do not have time to hold your hand and walk you through every step. You will NOT be micro-managed.
Most importantly you must be an independent thinker who takes initiative to solve problems on your own. If you can’t find the answer – we want you to ask us, and together we can figure it out!
You must be DEPENDABLE and REPRESENT YOURSELF. No outsourcing or managing others who work for you. We want you to be and do what you say!
