Job Description

I’m a looking for a full-time VA to help with my real estate business.
** Responsibilities Include ** Screening buyer & seller leads daily. Running comparable sales and determining value. Understanding my buying criteria & recommending a course of action. Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls (I’ll provide the call script) Coordinating paperwork and closings. Social media Guru.
** Must Have ** Exceptional attention to detail, be loyal and dependable, demonstrate a high standard of work ethic and available to respond to business requests quickly and effectively. Experience with MS office 2010 and documenting policies and procedures.
