Job Description

Hi guys,
I am looking for a creative developer to design and develop an addon that will add ewallet fuctionality feature on WHMCS. This mean one add funds to his account using some of the supported gateway into his account say for example using PayPal and withdraw to moneybookers and vice versa. Adding fund feature will be very much like add fund feature currrently on whmcs, but admin should be able to disable it on clients from certain country, add fees for using a partucular gateway either as percentage or fixed value.

Sign up form for whmcs will have to be modified to capture some more details such as year of birth.

Accounts will have different levels of verifications that involve document upload from client area and review area for admin and change of status. Admin area will have tools to lower or increase wallet limit for accounts under certain level of verification. Admin will have power to freeze funds under client account, meaning that fund can not be withdrawn. the wallet will use add fund tool available in WHMCS. Fund withdrawal we include three gateways. PayPal, MoneyBookers and Mpesa. I will provide technical support on Mpesa

There shall be a compulsory phone verification step before the account is activated where by a six digit code is sent to a mobile number and the user is requested to enter the code in the system for verification.
Customers who opt-in for sms notification will be alerted via sms when funds are withdrawn or password or or details are amended in their accounts.
We are going to use clickatell sms gateway for that matter and one is required to understand how how clikatell APIs work.
We shall have two accounts type. Personal and business and ewch will require a different wqy of verification.

Client area menu will have to be modified to reflect that of a wallet.
