I am self motivated, hard working and willing to have your projects turned in on time. I have excelled in research papers, short stories, creative writing, and creating original content. I have written about many different topics, however, Greek and Roman mythology, Tech, World Travel, Music and Health have been some of my favored materials to work with. I love working with, as well as, meeting new people and will thoroughly enjoy helping you in getting your projects completed and turned in, in a timely manner. I have the ability to keep articles short and to the point without missing any of the main details. However, if you would prefer a larger word count with more content I am fully capable. Currently I am traveling abroad in the beautiful land of Costa Rica and am hoping to be able to make a living using my skills in writing. I am anticipating Elance's ability to bring you and I together in order to help achieve our goals and your utmost satisfaction. Thanks!

My objective in the odesk/technical field would be to finish up a Master's Degree in computer science. I plan to achieve this by putting many hours within odesk and my current job to build the funds to put myself back through school to attain all necessary certificates and classes. I have alot of experience in the technical and computer field. Not only do I work as a freelance computer technician on the side but I also work for a local computer repair business as a more full time job. Ive been contracted by a few small businesses in my area to be Server/network advisers and just be the on call computer tech. I went to school for 3 years in the computer science field taking classes such as Cisco classes, Server classes, and overall Windows classes. I plan to expand my number of classes in the near future and to go and re-take all my certificate exams.
I've spent my entire life building up a knowledge base that would enable me to do everything. Although I haven't accomplished that quite yet, I have been, amongst other things, a teacher, musician, writer, costume designer, director of a non-profit in Chicago, dental assistant, producer, grant writer, opera coach and singer, pianist, assistant carpenter, newspaper arts columnist, antique dealer, computer service tech, researcher, copywriter, bank teller and more. I know too much stuff to just do nothing. If you don't see it listed here, chances are I've done it I am more than simply drawn to the concept of internet work; after a great deal of consideration, I have now decided that it is my future. My objective, within this model, is limitless, because anything that I don't already know about, I'm eager to learn; those things that I do know about, I'm eager to demonstrate my knowledge thereof.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education, with a minor in English. I am currently a certified NYS Teacher, looking for work in the field of my passion (writing). I have been a freelance writer for over 2 years now, writing content articles on Fiverr, Textbroker, Associated Content and a variety of private clients. I put myself into all the work that I do. You will never receive sub-par work from me; I take my time and do what I do well. I also try to deliver all work within 24 hours or less. Rest assured, when you hire me you will have quality work. I handle criticism well, so if there is something I didn't do that meets your standards, I will gladly fix it for you. Take a chance on me!
Over 80 of my articles appear on popular tech site Tips4PC.com, and many other articles written by me appear on Linux.com and other Linux sites. Although I'm new to oDesk, I can provide links to certified five-star feedback on Elance---including feedback from two repeat clients who have each purchased more than $4,000 of writing services from me over the last three years. To keep my rates affordable for you (but still profitable for me), I specialize in writing about subjects I know well, such as Linux, web servers, system administration, programming, Windows basics, and cloud technology. My experience with these subjects helps me write quickly and accurately about topics which interest your readers. Experience summary: In March, 2005, I obtained a Linux Professional Institute (LPI) system administration certification (which expired in March, 2010). In May 2007, I wrote my first professionally-published article for Linux.com. A year later, in June 2008, I was hired full-time by software startup Too Much Media (Morganville, NJ, USA) to write manuals for several of their products. I began freelancing on Elance in August, 2010, and currently have 92 milestones completed and a perfect five-star rating. You can find several sample articles and other useful information about me in the PDF attached to my oDesk portfolio.
