I very much enjoy elegant pragmatism and pragmatic elegance and I think building web applications is one of the best ways to express that union, so that's what I do! I'm interested in any opportunities to work on projects involved with issues I am passionate about such as: social justice, electoral reform, and open government. I'm also interested in opportunities to gain experience with interesting Python web technologies such as Pyramid. Of course, I still love working with Plone on pretty much any kind of project.
** Best Quality Service within deadline ** I started work on the Swift Programming Language in September of 2011. Before time, I had developed Object-C Programming Language. Swift language started in July of 2011. Swift implemented much of the basic language structure, with only a few people knowing of its existence. A few other (amazing) people started contributing in earnest late in 2011, and it became a major focus for the Apple Developer Tools group in July 2013, Lattner writes on his personal website. However, Apple's new Swift programming language has only been available for a few months. The Swift language is the product of tireless effort from a team of language experts, documentation gurus, compiler optimization ninjas, and an incredibly important internal dogfooding group who provided feedback to help refine and battle-test ideas. Of course, it also greatly benefited from the experiences hard-won by many other languages in the field, drawing ideas from Objective-C, Rust, Haskell, Ruby, Python, C#, CLU, and far too many others to list. I had developed swift apps continuously with Object-C. Swift is ready for your next iOS and OS X project — or for addition into your current app — because Swift code works side-by-side with Objective-C. PEOPLE WILL JUMP TO THIS NEW LANGUAGE BECAUSE IT’S SO MUCH EASIER TO CODE IN. THEY HAVE TO USE EITHER OBJECTIVE-C OR SWIFT, AND MOST PEOPLE WILL GO FOR SWIFT. I tell people that I am a thinking programmer. Not a "ninja", or a "rock star", or someone who "bangs out code". I am not a "Software guy", or an "Agile guy" or a "Waterfall guy". I am just your thinking, capable, competent programmer who sees the world in full color and adapts to the situation. Someone who sits down with you and talks plainly about your goals and what it will take to reach them. If I am the right fit, I say so. If I am not the right person, I tell you that too. Developing software product through oDesk is my full time occupation. I continually learn new ways and approaches to help you avoid costly mistakes and rework in your next project. I am enthusiast with both commercial and non-commercial experience in IT. My experience includes: * Python (Django, Pylons/Pyramid, Tornado, webpy) web development; * Voluntary support of small-to-mid scale computer networks; * Unix/Linux server administration; * Contributing to various open-source projects; * Fun oriented not-so-mainstream tools (Haskell, Erlang, Forth) self-education. I tend to choose tools suitable for specific problems rather then focus on a single technology. I am available for research on unfamiliar domains and technologies. Learning new things is fun; learning new things for real-world tasks is double fun! I am looking for challenging IT projects which hopefully will save someone's time / provide new opportunities / make the world better.
I like to design nice working and nice looking things. I've being doing web programming since middle school. Later, during my high school and early university years, I learned a bunch of other programming languages and techniques. One of these was Python, which became my go-to tool for the majority of my programming: countless labs were done with it from computer vision to compiler theory, from artificial intelligence to (surprise!) web programming. So I have a good understanding of how it works, how to work with it, when to use it and last but not least, when not to use it. So far I have worked in one local company as a web developer and have started a few projects of my own in between course work. Now I am eagerly pursuing my first freelance employment here at oDesk. I like to chat via skype. My spoken English is much better than my written one and I believe that you can get better idea about a person via voice chat rather than text messaging. Please contact me any time.
Over the last 3 years, I have worked with diverse technologies and platforms using cutting edge tools and technologies. I have developing Web applications in various Python platforms Like Django, Flask and Pyramid. I also have expertise in mobile application development for Android and iPhone. I develop native apps for Android & iPhone using the respective SDKs and worked on cross-platform development frameworks like PhoneGap & Titanium Appcelerator as well. I am passionate about developing top-notch Web / Mobile applications that provide a great user-experience.
Hello, my name is Andrey Druzhaev. I'm a PhD-student of National Research Nuclear University “MEPhI”. My work is focused on Software Development. During my study and scientific work I got a broad expirience with Python 2 and 3. Such library as numpy, scipy, matplotlib are well-known for me. Also I have experience in web-programming both frontend (html, css, js, jQuery, Ajax) and backend, but I prefer backend. For web backend development I usually use Pyramid framework with different databases (MongoDb, ZODB, SQLite under SQLAlchemy). I can work both under Windows and under Unix, can help you with Latex. I like to communicate with client, always try to meet his/her needs. I have experience in team work, know SVN and Git.
