When economic turmoil hit in 2009, I moved over to the transportation industry, which was a little less ravaged from conditions. I was the company GM where we placed independent sales agents and truck drivers with both brokers and carriers in freight transportation. I had complete responsibility for internal staffing, sales, marketing, recruiting and P&L. Most recently I founded my own practice: SpearPoint Search Consultants.
