All the famous brands and technologies do only one thing: let us build a website with the desired characteristics. Personally, I like the Yii and CodeIgniter frameworks, but it is not my skills are limited. If necessary I can create java scripts, develop API, pretty good design and create databases. My area of interest - a document workflow and automation. Also I try to keep abreast of modern technology and adhering to the "if you want, you can do anything." I'm interesting in no-rush long-term projects. Currently I have regular job, so available only for 20-25 hours per week (mostly weekends or evening hours). So please keep this in mind. Of course, my English is far from perfect, but is quite sufficient for understanding and fulfillment assigned tasks.
I've been developing Business apps for nearly a decade in ASP and ASP.NET, focusing on logistics, inventory management, and business automation. During this time I spent about a decade as a SQL Server and Oracle DBA. I have developed dozens of products using JPA and Entity Framework. In recent years I have really embraced new client-side technologies and have embraced technologies like AngularJS and NodeJS full force. I mostly recently developed the "iQuery" featherweight geodata client that clocks in at about 500kb for the entire project (and most of this is external js libraries) that functions as a completely standalone single-page HTML5 app. I have experience developing custom maps and map servers for GIS products, and working with standards such as WFS and CSW.
