I worked in a multinational environment in Online Marketing and CRM Administration (Salesforce, Hubspot).
In Online Marketing i took care of Lead Generation, Landing Pages, increasing Conversion Rates, Email Marketing Campaigns (approx. 50k emails/campaign), created and proposed designs for Call To Actions, product analysis, case studies, marketing ideas for graphic designers, sales funnel and more.
In CRM Administration i managed over 300k leads and over 1500 clients in Salesforce and Hubspot.
Created email campaigns including creative ideas, html encoding, testing, soft launch and constantly improving click and open rates.
Designed reports and dashboards for production, sales, financial and any kind of report needed.
I used workflows for automated processes, created automatic sales cycles, email alerts and email nurturing campaigns (triggered automatically) and more.
I have experience in mass data manipulation with Salesforce Data Loader, CRMFusion DemandTools and Excel.
In Hubspot i created email campaigns (from email design to landing pages and smart email lists), call to actions, statistics and improvements, nurturing emails, advanced forms, etc.
I also have knowledge of Office365 email platform, website management (Wordpress, plugins), VoIP services, skype business account, excellent windows and Office knowledge and basic PS skills.
