Over the past 13 years I have worked as a web developer and internet marketing strategist in a wide variety of industries. I have been able to grow with the ever changing technology landscape and have often been selected to help organizations implement new web strategies. Currently I am a freelance internet marketing strategist who helps small businesses develop websites and internet marketing strategies that increase their online web traffic. Just recently I executed Baltimore SCORE’s first comprehensive internet marketing workshop called “Navigating the Complex World of Internet Marketing.” The workshop was completely sold out due to a great marketing strategy and was well received by all the participants. Prior to that, I worked as a web producer for the Internet Strategy Group—a large internet marketing firm located in downtown Baltimore. As a web producer, my responsibilities included (but not limited to) working with our biggest client Sylvan Learning to improve SEO numbers, analyze web analytics to insure they were supporting business objectives and provide insight for deploying their new brand. In addition, I also vetted technology vendors for Sylvan and helped develop the strategy for implementing gamification on their on-line learning platform-mySylvan. What makes me unique is that I have managed multiple clients in a high paced environment and have extensive experience working with enterprise level internet marketing tools such as Ominture and Conductor. I also know how to code using HTML and CSS, not only as a front end developer but in email marketing platforms such as Bronto, Constant Contact and Aweber.
