The few responsibilities I had to do were to listen to their live calls, give them feedback and encouragement, submit reports of progress to my immediate supervisor and make sure the atmosphere is always comfortable for everyone. I had my first year as a saves/retention agent 2 years of being a Subject Matter Expert in a tier 1 Technical Support team. 2 years as an email/chat support for one of the top online shop in the US.
