    I have a MBA in Human Resources and 5 years of recruitment experience in the private and public sectors. My responsibilities in my human resources position included posting jobs, writing ads, placing job listings in newspapers and on websites. In my last position I worked as part of a team on restructuring of the salary schedule for Arizona Game and Fish. I proposed a new way of figuring out job offers. In addition I did new hire presentations and I participated in a very large intern program headed by the head recruiter. My primary duties also included, phone interviews in person interviews and being a member on panel interviews, reference checks and background checks. I have been a stay at home mom for several years working from home as a translator and as a substitute teacher. As a translator I currently translate as an independent contractor for an online translation company. In the past 3 years as a translator I completed 200 translation projects totaling 77942 words (this number is growing as I continue to translate). I translate from English to Polish and from Polish to English. I have an overall customer satisfaction rating of 4.7 out of possible 5 and a peer review rating of 9.33 out of 10. I enjoy translation and always work with the customer to make sure that the final product meets my client’s needs. I translate advertisements, websites, legal documents such as birth certificates, death certificates and contracts, Power Point presentations and personal letters. The types of websites I have translates are financial website content for example Forex, children’s sites KIDOZ, and Baby First. I truly enjoy my work as a translator. I am looking forward to taking on new clients not only for translation projects but also for administrative duties related to human resources . In addition I can perform other office duties such as data entry, or small writing projects.
