    Hi, I was employed previously in one of the world's top BPO company way back in 2006. Just right after a few months i was automatically promoted as a supervisor for this certain account that required me to be transferred to a different city. With no hesitation at all and up for the challenge and experience, i accepted the offer. I enjoyed my career and was known to have been one of the top supervisors, consistently in top 5 among 20-25 teams, in a monthly basis. Just right after such recognition, I was asked to move back to my hometown with this new account opening to help supervise and help nurture good future supervisors. When I went back at home, people heard my accomplishments and talked about it. Due to it, my new superiors with big expectations on me placed me under great pressure. I have no choice but to prove myself. Knowing the account that it has just launched, it will be a big challenge. It was hard at first but with good work ethics, we were successful in driving our numbers. 4 years experience in high pressure work environment for is a great achievement especially if your work is honored and well appreciated, became one of the youngest employee to have gone up the ladder really fast and was efficient is worth everything. But sadly, a certain domestic issue that placed me in dilemma caused me to resign. What I am trying to say is that if you hire me, I will commit myself and try not to disappoint my employers. Cause as of now, as my time is limited during the morning but still in need of financial resources, going online is the best alternative/solution to look for a job.  less
