As a Project Manager I have worked on Agile Scrum using JIRA with GreenHopper plugin.  As a Business Analyst, I am specialized in HR, Health (Hospital Management System (Pakistan and US domain specially VistA)), MIS of Senate and National Assembly of Pakistan and Starlet Shoes (Planning, Estimation/Costing, Production, Procurement, Inventory/Store, Point of Sale, HR, Reports and Application Security), Content Management System and (Court) Case Management System, Real Estate and Email Marketing domains and have reasonable grip over them. In Health domain; major areas analyzed, implemented and user trained were CPT, In/Out Patient, Wards (General, Paeds, ICU and CCU), Patient, Pharmacy, Billing, HR, Clinics and Scheduling, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Surgery, Eye, Dentistry, Gynaecology, Nursing and Supplies, Medical Record, Zakat/Donation, Administration & Security, Website and Instrument Sterilization Management. Achievements  Gap Analysis and Functional Specification documentation of Majlis-e-Shoora Pakistan project. I was total responsible for requirement analysis for Senate of Pakistan and documented FS for both National Assembly and Senate.  As a Business Analyst another achievement was to implement Health Management Information System main modules for Maroof International Hospital Islamabad, Pakistan. Major areas I was responsible to were Human Resource, CPT, Radiology, Clinics and Scheduling, Nursing and Supplies, Medical Record and Administration and Security Management.  Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology implementation was another big challenge for me to bring UAT as well as train users for different modules. I was responsible for Human Resource, Billing, Zakat/Donation, CPT, Radiology, Clinics and Scheduling, In/Out Patient Registration, Wards (General, Peads, ICU and CCU), Pharmacy, Nursing and Supplies, Medical Record, Instrument Sterilization, Administration and Security and Website Management modules and brought UAT for many of the above mentioned modules successfully.  As a self-employed Consultant and Manager; Agile-Scrum was there to welcome me with challenges and hard work. Team was supposed to use JIRA and I was Scrum Master. I also wrote (and writing) many successful proposals and projects were awarded to us. Functional Specification, User Manuals, Website Content and Minutes of Meeting are also documented for many projects and meetings.  Next challenge was waiting for me in KABOT Systems as I had to document user manuals for the KABOT's Computerized Patient Record System, Practice Management System and Billing Management System. I worked on my own style of research (as it was US domain) and hard work and also borrowed some assistance from some of my colleagues. I completed the manuals in minimum time and make them up to date with application in terms of features and functionality. KABOT's HER base was VistA (Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture) and it was my achievement to grasp many of its processes and standards.  Project Coordination; though it was my first chance to indulge myself in such job where many stake holders have to be coordinated and communicated to keep them on the same page but I successfully achieved the confidence of my managers. My major responsibilities as project coordinator were to follow up between teams for tasks priority and timely delivery for software products and I did it very well.  As a System Analyst; I documented many successful proposals and projects were awarded to us. Functional Specification (POS, Accounting System, and Classifieds), User Manuals, Website Content and Minutes of Meeting are also documented for many projects and meetings. I am also assuring product/project quality and managing Requirements Traceability Matrix and User Acceptance Testing.  less
