Keying at this rate allows a 1 hour audio to be keyed in 3.5 to 4 hours if quality of audio is decent and easily understandable. English is my primary language but I have found that accents have not been a problem at all. I have worked with Chinese, Japanese, Australian, English, Canadian, French and Spanish accents. I have no problem with strict deadlines and can work anytime day or night in order to get the job done. I pride myself on quick turnaround times as well as exceeding expectations on finished projects. My goal is always to deliver within 24 hours of hiring. Customer Service is something that I believe should always be conducted at highest level. I am happy to check in at given times to provide updates as client needs. I pride myself on open communication at all times. As always complete discretion is mandatory and I have no problem deleting all files as soon as work is complete and accepted by client.
