As an Enterprise Lead Systems Architect In my most recent job, I was directly responsible for the virtual architecture including but not limited to infrastructure design and deployment of a robust vmware multi-site architecture, the supporting network architecture, modular “siloed” clustered racks, NetApp 2240 and 3240 FAS/SAN systems, remote management and notification systems, and user provisioned lab environment that allowed test teams to provision physical and virtual environments on the fly. All systems were subject to DISA based STIGS and IA scans to verify compliance. As the lead, I directly manage several people on my enterprise team and my efforts touch every person on the project in some way. This interaction has allowed me to create a positive rapport with the entire team while keeping a thumb on several area perspectives. I also manage and assist with the install and design of our SharePoint /Project 2010 integration which upon completion was intended to pull in data from various sources including IBM Jazz Suite, custom built data management systems, and several real world diagnostic and filed measurement tools to display varying aspects of project progress and test data. This effort is still in progress and is coming along nicely. Also support the basic user needs including user account management, file share access and organization, PC issues, software installs and upgrades, and training. Finally, I worked with several integration efforts as an advisory capacity on COTS products that were used in fielded builds and R&D efforts.
