    I have worked in the capacity of Office Manager, Volunteer Manager and Program Manager, successfully attaining degrees of greater authority and responsibility with each position. Learning on the job and utilizing skills acquired throughout my work history, I have developed a broad base of knowledge that encompasses the Legal Field, Corporate Entities, Medical Environments, the Public Education System and the Federal Government. My most recent experience with the Department of Defense solidified my program management abilities as my position managed the Family Programs Office (Troop and Family Member Morale and Readiness) for a Battalion of nearly 600 Soldiers. I was the first to hold a newly created position. Working under two (2) different Commanders (with vastly different command styles), I was given ample latitude with which to hone my leadership skills. The position afforded a high degree of public interaction, necessitating a mastery of clear, concise communication. I excelled at forging partnerships with various service providers who enabled me to meet the needs of a special population – Family Members separated from their sponsor due to deployment, unit mission training or military schools. I trained, advised and managed a multi-cultural, socially diverse group of volunteers whose numbers fluctuated between roughly 75 to over 150. I took charge of legal matters as they arose, performing intense, targeted research that resulted in concrete answers. I advised the Commander and Battalion Executive Officer on all matters related to Army regulations. I developed and refined SOPs as they pertained to my office. For my skills and abilities, I was awarded the Achievement Medal for Civilian Service. I am proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. I am a highly organized, skilled time manager with a proven record of goal accomplishment. My employee evaluations reflect unwavering dedication to my employer, and a persistent desire to improve upon personal attributes.
