    I would like to use my skills to help promote, and further Good successful business practices, for any type of small businesses. My experience has been in managing distribution, manufacturing, and sales fields ( to individuals, government departments, GSA contracts, and small business) in both my business, and for corporation entities. Prior to my business ownership career, I received a AA degree in business, served in the United States Marine Corp, Worked as a manager for UPS for 10 years and held sales jobs, where I excelled in customer service and meeting sales goals set. I am semi-retired and am looking for a challenge so that my 30+ years of business ownership skills can be put to use in helping other small companies achieve financial success. I have 20+ yrs using Quick Books and Microsoft Office, and have used those skills to maintain a professional, ethical business environment and would bring those skill to the table for you.     Hi, I was employed previously in one of the world's top BPO company way back in 2006. Just right after a few months i was automatically promoted as a supervisor for this certain account that required me to be transferred to a different city. With no hesitation at all and up for the challenge and experience, i accepted the offer. I enjoyed my career and was known to have been one of the top supervisors, consistently in top 5 among 20-25 teams, in a monthly basis. Just right after such recognition, I was asked to move back to my hometown with this new account opening to help supervise and help nurture good future supervisors. When I went back at home, people heard my accomplishments and talked about it. Due to it, my new superiors with big expectations on me placed me under great pressure. I have no choice but to prove myself. Knowing the account that it has just launched, it will be a big challenge. It was hard at first but with good work ethics, we were successful in driving our numbers. 4 years experience in high pressure work environment for is a great achievement especially if your work is honored and well appreciated, became one of the youngest employee to have gone up the ladder really fast and was efficient is worth everything. But sadly, a certain domestic issue that placed me in dilemma caused me to resign. What I am trying to say is that if you hire me, I will commit myself and try not to disappoint my employers. Cause as of now, as my time is limited during the morning but still in need of financial resources, going online is the best alternative/solution to look for a job.  less
