I can use Google documents, create and manage them and i also can work easily with excel spreadsheets. When i worked as an service electrician i used to book appointments, deal with customers on the phone for support and service. I want to give an update, since I joined Odesk, I have been hired from 2 company, 1 was for Inbound call center operator, and the other where i am still working as Outbound Call Center operator, both a great experience that are adding to my knowledge.
