Other dutes included: Ran all aspects of the office, scheduled and organized personal marketing advertising on a weekly basis, maintained all property websites by making sure every property was entered and updated, created marketing materials for properties, answered phones and handled all clients questions and concerns, obtain feedback from agents regarding property showings, assemble marketing packets, maintained signs and lockboxes for all properties, retrieved tax information from the local assessor’s office, attended property closings and maintained database of over 7000 clients. I am a very quick learner and extremely dependable. I am available all hours.
