I am a person who loves to learn a lot, after graduation I worked for an outsourcing company and was given a customer service Job, I did great and I learned a lot from the work which involved over the phone Cable/internet/telephone customer service. After the Customer service job, I was hired by a pharmaceutical company to Promote Injectable antibiotics, The job gave us good training on how to promote and make doctors believe in our medicines and indeed we were able to exceed expectations from our pharma company. I then went back to the music field as it was my chosen profession, I started as a music coach and then assigned to do music school administration, giving me chance to do customer service again but this time in an institution providing music My wide work experience in customer care makes me equipped and strong.  less
