I am CompTIA A+ Certified - Remote Support Technician (COMP001006357057). Developed various Web-based Tools utilized by Dell Technicians for the departments I've worked on. My duties as a Resolution Specialists range from Technical Knowledge on the Software and Hardware end. Troubleshooting know-how, Knowledge on dispatching & shipping parts through FedEx, USPS, Unisys, Bantec & Qualexserv, Call auditing & quality assurance, Trained on irate caller deescalation process.
