    When I finished my college, I easily got my first job. I started working as a marketing/admin staff way back March of 2006, in a private company named Ice Rink Supply or also known as CanAm Technology. The company provides ice skating rinks worldwide. My role was in direct marketing and sales support to customers who want to buy or rent ice skating rinks or ice rink products. I handled all sales inquiries via telephone and email, doing web searched on ice skating rinks information to get some inputs and formulate new ideas or strategies. I am responsible for maintaining customer, prospects and competitor databases and assessing, devising, and implementing marketing promotions and generate new business through outbound calls and follow up on incoming sales leads. I also did admin works like typical clerical stuff such as typing reports, data entry, organizing work space, payments processing, payroll, accounts receivables & payable, online payments, composing office memos, writing business correspondence, schedule management, client meeting, etc. I have been a high performer way back then. So, I was promoted as a marketing supervisor which I was more exposed to a lot of works. I never expected to be promoted. Maybe, my bosses saw how dedicated I am at my work. This time, I am not only dealing with marketing and admin stuff, but I also coordinate with our big bosses and to other departments as well. I do a lot of multi-tasking jobs. In Sept. 2009, for more than 3 years of working, I decided to resigned because there was a conflict between owners of the company and it was shut down due to mismanagement Then, on November of 2009, I started working to another private company named Aegis People Support, which is a call center or one of the BPO industries. The company sells online membership and provides online transaction. I worked as an executive operation or customer service representative. I received inbound calls from foreign customers. It is not only a customer service call but we also resell the features and benefits of our products. That’s why, I need to focus in every call to know what really the concern of the customer because we are dealing with universal calls. It was a very tough job, because mostly of our callers are irate and we have outlined performance goals and metrics that we need to achieve on a daily basis. I was exposed to more pressure and stress but I did not complain because I was able to meet the target though. In fact, I was one of the top 5 performers in our account. I love working on this company because I have learned so many things and overcome a lot of challenges. For more than 2 years of working in Aegis, I am proud to say that I managed them all. Then, on my 3rd job, I worked at Convergys. It is still a BPO industry. This time, it doubled my duties and responsibilities than in Aegis. I only have 6 months on this company, because I got miscarriage without knowing that I am already pregnant. I was advised by my doctor for a bed rest. However, I'm used to work. So, I decided to apply for a company that is not a call center. Here comes my 4th job at iConnect Technologies as sales and marketing executive. We carry all IT products, services and solutions. I am responsible for maintaining sales, customers, prospects and implementing marketing promotions. I handle all sales inquiries via telephone, email and online advertising. I recently just resigned, because me and my husband decided that I will be working at home. We are now planning and ready to have a baby. I got miscarriage twice and I don't want to happen it again. All these times, I worked in an office and I am now wanting for a home-based job. I want a long-term, stable home-based job where I can enhance my skills to help and serve the company at my best.  less

I then got a better offer to another BPO company in which was ale to work with a collections dept of a bank in the US. Stayed there for 3 yrs, been consistent top agent for reaching my metrics but when the resessionk hit the com, we were laid of. I then aplied and got hired bhy another BPO com in 2009 and worked with an HRO co (Human Resource Outsourcing). We handle benefits of the employees and after 2 yrs got promoted as an escalations/senior rep (Jr Supervisor)in which I handle reports and escalations by customers including US counter part clients.  less
