Hands on experience in HR process as a key holder, viz. Induction, Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Training and Development, Payroll Management, Vendor Management and Employee Engagement etc. , worked in the development of eCommerce product from product procurement to delivery and customer relations.
Joining and Induction:
• Completion of joining formalities of new hires and creating their employee id and completing other obligations.
• Responsible for taking induction programs for new joiners and making them well verse with the
Organization policies and procedures.
• Provide salary inputs ( Revisions, Promotions, Role change & other allowances) to Finance Dept on monthly basis and ensuring no defects or mistakes.
Training & Development:
• Designing and coordination Training Plan of employees.
• Conducting online training exam to spot its utility and award the winners.
• Designing and conducting Induction Program for new joinees.
• Identification of attitudes behaviours, skills/ competency and training needs etc and arranging special courses and training programmes for employees in consultation with management.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of training based on the feedback of the employee.
• Completed Training Certification
• Coordinating and conducting Performance Assessments.
• Responsible for setting of KRAs, Mid-Term Review and final appraisal.
• Handling HR activities such as completion of joining and exit formalities.
• Issuing appointment and confirmation letters & handling the other administration work.
• Looking after the leave and attendance management operations.
• Adhoc Letters - Providing experience letters / Relieving letter / Address Proof / Transfer letter, etc.
• Getting exit formalities completed.
• Online separation of employees.
• Preparation of Full and final settlement for payment and recovery
