In my last position I worked as part of a team on restructuring of the salary schedule for Arizona Game and Fish. I proposed a new way of figuring out job offers. In addition I did new hire presentations and I participated in a very large intern program headed by the head recruiter. My primary duties also included, phone interviews in person interviews and being a member on panel interviews, reference checks and background checks. I have been a stay at home mom for several years working from home as a translator and as a substitute teacher. As a translator I currently translate as an independent contractor for an online translation company. In the past 3 years as a translator I completed 200 translation projects totaling 77942 words (this number is growing as I continue to translate). I translate from English to Polish and from Polish to English. I have an overall customer satisfaction rating of 4.7 out of possible 5 and a peer review rating of 9.33 out of 10. I enjoy translation and always work with the customer to make sure that the final product meets my client’s needs.
