    I'm a University of California, Davis alumni with a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish. I worked for more than 3 years as a Salesforce Technical Support Analyst at Altimetrik, a multinational software development firm. I was in charge of providing technical support for the applications Timba Surveys, Timba Lens, and Timba Box. My responsibilities included creating all documentation for the apps, answering all support queries regarding the apps and the Salesforce platform, CRM integration support, demos, and other maintaining communication between the development teams and the customers. I'm looking for a job opportunity where I can continue to use the Salesforce skills I mastered at Altimetrik. I would prefer to start part-time, if possible.
