    My job objective is to hone my skills in office management and different areas of human resources management. I have experienced a 150 hour training at the Human Resources Department-Recruitment Section of Magic Group of Companies and 100 hours at the Guidance Center of Lyceum-Northwestern University this was during my college years. Before graduation i took an eligibility examination for government employment that was October 2011 this examination was for undergraduates and when the results came i got the Career Service Subprofessional Eligibility with a rating of 80.61. After graduation i got hired last May 8 2012 as a Human Resource Assistant-Recruitment Section at Magic Group of Companies for about six months. I also took the Career Service Professional Examination last May 2012 and i also gained a higher eligibility with a rating of 81.87. Now during my six month stay at Magic Group of Companies i was able to practice my interviewing skills, end to end process of recruitment, records management, handling concerns through phone calls, conducted contract signing, administration of psychological tests, Monitor Appraisals, New Contracts and Extension of Contracts and different kinds of memos. Working at this company, i was trained to work with maximum productivity and accuracy, being organized is a major advantage due to the bulk of work and number employees we were catering to. I have other areas of interests as well, one example is making artworks, painting, singing, writing, cooking, and i love reading interesting articles and watching documentaries.
