Prior from that, I've worked in a BPO company for almost 5 years that handles both outbound & inbound calls, where my collections & customer service skills were developed. Then, became a Senior Agent & eventually was promoted as a Quality Analyst. Worked as an Administrative Officer as well for 2 years handling HR & Administrative tasks.
