I have also worked as a call center agent. Not only did I enhance my English-speaking skills, I was also able to learn more from it. I have faced with customers' tough problems and was able to find solutions to it all. Currently, I am a copyeditor/proofreader. I am more knowledgeable when it comes to grammar correction, syntax correction, etc. I can say that I have now acquired more skills than I ever needed. Skills that will stay with me wherever I go. On the other hand, my focus is both on proofreading/copyediting and customer service support (phone/chat/email). However, I want to try new skills like data entry, writing, spinning articles, etc., to challenge my capacity and capability and to enhance my knowledge as well.
