    To be able to pursue my career development plan and enhance my skills and abilities to achieve it. Presently I am the unit head of the Credit and Management Remedial Group (CRMG). My function is to oversee functions and responsibilities of the Billing and Collection Officer (BCO) and Remedial Account Officer. Reviews and endorses accounts for legal action to the Para-Legal Office (PLO). Monitors collections of accounts in the District Office and conducts on-site visitation/inspection of the borrowers business to verify on-going business activities. Monitor and reviews accounts for remedial action. Also, having been equipped with the knowledge in the accounting and auditing profession and experience in bookkeeping, financial statement preparations, payroll preparation and other accounting-related work, I do believe that my strong initiative and exceptional interpersonal skills combined with my ability to work well under pressure will provide your office with an invaluable resource. Lastly, I also have some experience regarding quickbooks.  less
