Over the last 2 years of being a customer service representative and technical support representative, I have developed a lot of skills. Working as a CSR for Cigna Healthcare made me developed my English communication on both written and spoken English.We were responsible in discussing the benefits of the healthcare insurance including the terms and conditions the clients and the company agreed upon. We were also a financial advisor discussing how the medical claims are processed and computing how much the insurance is going to cover.
As Technical support for T-mobile, I was able to develop and learn how to do basic and advanced troubleshooting steps for phone problems specifically for Android, Blackberry and windows mobile phones.
As of today, I am working as part of the retention team for Clearwire, an Internet Service Provider which offers a 4G connection using a Wimax coverage. In this line of work my understanding about the internet becomes much wider. In this line of work we oftenly use Microsoft Excel to track our metrics and statistics everyday so I am developing my skills working on excel as well.
I am fond of using the internet mostly for browsing and learning some tricks about it like using applications that can speed up internet connection, about maintenance of computers including upgrading of hardwares and softwares to meet up the full functionality of computers.
I would be more than willing to learn a lot from your company. I could work overtime and under pressure. I will do every necessary actions to meet up with your guidelines which includes working overtime.
