    As a published author and a Certified Professional Résumé Writer, I focus on providing a job seeker with a new and different perspective to a social media-driven job/career search. I have written, 101 Strategic, Job Search Marketing Steps which is available on paperback and audio book at Amazon, Audible, Itunes, Barnes and Nobles, and other fine book retailers. Within this book is my experiences and and my approach to present job search marketing to that of business marketing as it relates to a personal job hunt. Social media, generational characteristics, and hiring manger traits and and trends are utilized and emphasized in it's level of priority to get the job seeker to accept, create, and approach job marketing with changes for the time. My career goal is to help as many people as I can with creating written documents for job search planning or blog and internet site content. I have personally written content for websites since 2003, in addition, I create my own advertisement, banners, content, resume and cover letter services, and print newspaper advertisement for local papers.     I am a highly regarded professional recruiter and have been a freelance writer since 2011. I have worked on a number of projects, most notably proofreading, writing CVs and cover letters, creating adverts and Linkedin Profiles for a range of contractors in the US. UK, Canada, Australia, NZ and SIngapore. My work has regularly been praised - and has gained posts for customers in the UN, UK Government, MoD and Stock Exchange and at high levels of the US TV and music industries. Key Skills: • writing and updating CVs • proofreading CVs • writing and updating cover and ‘spec’ letters • writing and updating Linkedin profiles • advice on completion of application forms • advice on interview techniques The writing of CVs, cover letters and profiles represent the ‘public face’ of the customer: what the prospective employer sees first, what the customer is initially judged upon and the most important factor in whether the customer gets invited to interview. Therefore it is vital to present the information on these CVs in a clear, professional way – and obviously to the highest standards of grammar and style, personalized to each customer. Sometimes it is difficult to compile a detailed, comprehensive CV because of lack of experience, qualifications and/or employment history; with others the opposite applies: it is difficult to decide what to leave out in order for the CV not to be too long and lacking in impact. ‘Tweaking’ the CV (where appropriate) to highlight certain skills and experiences to match different job descriptions is important also, as is proofreading the finished CVs. I strive to make each CV reflect the best aspects of the customer – whatever they may be. The content of each of the CVs that I write is obviously different and each layout can vary also (when not using company templates), but hopefully the quality of the style and expression is consistent throughout them all.  less
