Over the years I have worked for a national bank, three large retail shopping malls and a medical office. At each of the three retail centers, I assisted with all spreadsheet projects via Excel, editing and production of all Word documents, reorganization of all lease, vendor, accounting and marketing files, supervision of an annual $100,000 customer service budget and preparation of a $2.5M annual budget earning recognition of the CEO. Responsibilities also included the organization of all bid projects related to mall construction, lease preparation for all incoming tenants, coding and preparation of all payables, receivables and collection projects. For seven years I was employed as an Office Manager in a medical office where my responsibilities included the maintaining of all phone lines, incoming mail and visitors, the scheduling and maintaining of meetings, patient appointments, calendars and a large database via Microsoft Access, insurance verification, processing and follow-up of health insurance claims, coordination of seminars with large mail-outs via mail merge, overseeing of all property management and the monthly tracking and invoicing of rent and expenses to Lessee's within the building.  less
