I've worked for GMC as a collection agent, at&t as a customer service representative, Jetstar airways for flight booking, president's choice financial for credit card acquisition and lastly with Microsoft as customer service representative. I can say that I've learned new things in every calls I've answered and, i make sure that i apply it in the next call. The few responsibilities I had to do were to listen to their live calls, give them feedback and encouragement, submit reports of progress to my immediate supervisor and make sure the atmosphere is always comfortable for everyone. I had my first year as a saves/retention agent 2 years of being a Subject Matter Expert in a tier 1 Technical Support team. 2 years as an email/chat support for one of the top online shop in the US.
