I was also an executive recruiter for 1year and 8months for a leading recruitment firm in the world; this was thru an outsourcing company (call center) in my country. I conducted the initial screening to the scheduling of the candidate with the hiring authority. This could be compared to a headhunters' job. All is really doing well, but this time around, I want to fulfill goals of being a rockstar-stay-at-home-mom-who- could-juggle-it-all when it comes to working from home!
