Maintain a professional, pleasant phone presence, ability to quickly identify, empathize, establish trust, and solve a caller's problem, self-starter and disciplined; Not easily distracted while working at home, works well independently, strong work ethic, uses the internet daily for downloads, email, sending file attachments, and instant messaging/text messaging. Working as a vendor for Comcast Tech Support through Cloud 10 Corporation also beneficially gave me the ability to trouble-shoot and fix minor problems with computer system, add to previous strong computer navigation skills, such as: Ability to open and quickly toggle between at least five windows at a time, frequently use keyboard commands rather than relying on menus at the least. In addition to my 10 years of excellent customer service, management, data entry, and work at home experience, I also have some accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and clerical skills I have acquired while working for a well known tax service and a chain of hotels popularly known worldwide. Moreover, the experience I have gained while working at home for Associated Order Processors/Finger Lakes Web Answering/ASI as an operator taking inbound and outbound calls while working on several projects as well such as Data Entry, Spreadsheets, Research, Payroll, Live Chat Support via Who's On/AIM PRO, any and all Administration skills, and the Database Manager.
