I have 25 years of sales experience, and want to broaden my horizons with as many computer skills as I can. I have completed a semester of Microsoft software including, Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point with limited exposure to Outlook and project manager. I have designed the web site for my church as well as my own personal site. I also have very good writing and oral skills. I am capable of thinking outside the box and love to solve difficult problems. I am currently learning the Java programming language and hope to continue with other languages in the very near future. I can write in HTML and have experience with CSS  less

I have been working with Salesforce for 3 years, so I have gained a lot of experience in creating objects, workflows, automated emails, formulas, Visualforce, Conga Composer, Echosign and Apex basics. My schedule is flexible, so I have time to help in Salesforce related tasks. From 2004 until 2010, I worked in the Call Center industry and I learned many different things. I worked in Customer Service for over 5 years and Sales for about 1 year. I worked myself up to becoming a Team Manager and Back-up Supervisor.
