    As far as I can remember, my life was always revolved around travel and tourism, I never saw myself in any other industry, and I specifically loved working in departments that were focused around customer services and operations, not only because of the huge exposure to many clients that had different backgrounds, social statuses, cultures and languages, but because I had to deal with clients that are happy (relatively speaking!), I said happy because whither they were traveling for business, leisure or family trips, there is always a unique excitement for travel arrangements that would be present, both for me and the travelers, and to be part of that excitement was a special treat for my daily working life, especially to assure or increase the excitement of travelers with a good service topped with a smile. but after the passing of many years, career progress had to take place, and responsibilities began to mount all the way reaching to managerial levels, which was not my favorite part, that is to be part of executive levels, because instead of working with clients and travelers, I began working with employees and colleagues, and that is where I lost my advantage, I no longer work to assure happiness, and even though I tried to do so (check my public profile), I had to learn it the hard way! management was never about making my employees happy. and so, I retired and decided to begin my own travels, and because I needed to finance myself one way or another, I had to rely on other skills, especially since I became the traveler and had no one to serve but myself. Thankfully I am a native speaker of Arabic, and English was always my first language of use, because most of my business dealings were with foreign travelers. So I began to pick up online contracts to translate every now and then (check my latest work reviews). And while all of this is happening, I found it to be a must to document my progress, and express my feelings on paper was never an issue for me, this is where I began to be involved in content and creative writings. Nowadays, I am engaged with education and looking forward to enrich my life with different kinds of knowledge, but one thing is for sure... The more knowledge I gain, the more I realize how ignorant I can be in many other things, that is why I believe that I should never stop educating myself, and where I will always be open to learn new things.  less

I have always been passionate in my writing and at the same time I thrive on dealing with different types of people. I was able to work at Teletech BPO in Bacolod City and was promoted from Technical Support Representative to Product Trainer in less than a month on the floor.
