Although i did not practice my profession, I was able use my knowledge, skills, and attitude to land a career in the BPO and financial field. I worked as customer service representative for 3 years with Barclays bank of Delaware. Then i'm currently with JP Morgan Chase Bank as Risk Ops analyst II. My excellent customer service skills helped me to be as subject matter expert for these Megabanks. As a frontline banker and advisor i was able to deal with the different and challenging customers, merchants, professionals and many institutions. I handled phone calls, emails, CSAT drive, FGD, and mentoring during my career.
