I have worked as a technical support specialist for a group of U.S based Web hosting company. Job included handling issues with the Web sites and responding back to the customer via e-mail.     My goal is to help others with PC problems, through remote access. i am well versed in many many computer disciplines. While I cannot profess to understand every single virus, malware, BSOD, or registry entry, I have become very adept at Computer problem solving. I give every problem my all and am a quick learner. I utilize web searches to find similar or identical problems to what I’m investigating and utilize solutions found accordingly if necessary. While I don’t have FORMAL training, I have used my years of experience to learn a plethora of information. In my previous job as an engineer, and during my training in college, I learned analytical thinking and technical skills which led to a focused and organized train of thought. This has immensely helped me perform troubleshooting, computer repairs, upgrades, etc. I read PC periodicals to keep apprised of new technologies. My biggest plus is my desire to help the customer and to make him/her happy. In fact, in my small home business, if I can’t fix the problem, the customer doesn’t pay.  less
