    I use my process thinking and over thirty years in sales and marketing within a wide variety of industries and apply it through Lean Marketing Concepts. I put myself through college utilizing the GI Bill, the result of being a member of the 82nd Airborne Division, and as a welder at Asphalt Drum Mixers. This hands-on approach and an education in both in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering has served me well becoming President of that company and later leaving to own Barlow Marketing, re-start Burke Heating Systems and Asphalt Machinery Corporation. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt that has participated with companies involved in retail, manufacturing, software and professional services along their Quality Journey. In these companies, I have developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies. Always being a process thinker, I attached Lean to the way of implementing sales and marketing and has advanced those practices through Design Thinking and Service Design concepts.     Hi, I was employed previously in one of the world's top BPO company way back in 2006. Just right after a few months i was automatically promoted as a supervisor for this certain account that required me to be transferred to a different city. With no hesitation at all and up for the challenge and experience, i accepted the offer. I enjoyed my career and was known to have been one of the top supervisors, consistently in top 5 among 20-25 teams, in a monthly basis. Just right after such recognition, I was asked to move back to my hometown with this new account opening to help supervise and help nurture good future supervisors. When I went back at home, people heard my accomplishments and talked about it. Due to it, my new superiors with big expectations on me placed me under great pressure. I have no choice but to prove myself. Knowing the account that it has just launched, it will be a big challenge. It was hard at first but with good work ethics, we were successful in driving our numbers. 4 years experience in high pressure work environment for is a great achievement especially if your work is honored and well appreciated, became one of the youngest employee to have gone up the ladder really fast and was efficient is worth everything. But sadly, a certain domestic issue that placed me in dilemma caused me to resign. What I am trying to say is that if you hire me, I will commit myself and try not to disappoint my employers. Cause as of now, as my time is limited during the morning but still in need of financial resources, going online is the best alternative/solution to look for a job.  less

I am currently employed in a BPO company, Convergys, as a Supervisor. With my current position, I am built with a strong foundation on essential leadership competencies. I am able to utilize industry accepted structured framework for root cause analysis and action planning to address challenges and effectively carry them out. Exceeding timeline expectation for deliverables and being able to recognize and perform other more complex tasks without being asked are one of the things that I am commended of. I am able to adapt my communication style to fit the audience's profile and can come up with a communication plan to effectively cascade information, easily getting the buy-in/approval of my audience by effectively presenting facts and ideas.
