I started repairing computers, then doing helpdesk assistance, advancing to leading and supervising teams with 30 plus agents and having direct contact with the client to analyze risks, issues, and SLA's. After that, i moved on to Project Management positions, in which i had the opportunity to work in many countries such as USA, Brazil, Uruguay, Mexico, etc. On my years as a PM i have worked and managed several different contracts and projects both on a smaller and larger scale- My goal is to keep moving forward and gain as much work experience as possible in order to continue my professional growth.  less
